Today we are coming to the topic of doing the front strech in kundalini yoga. The front stretch looks easy, but it’s not that easy – the most difficult is to have your back straight, when you are leaning forward.
But don’t give up – start from doing it half way, very soon you will see there are no problems at all to do that properly.
