Nude Aerobics Yoga – Take The Challenge?

Nude aerobics yoga may sound vulgar, offensive and impossible but it exists. A lot of people may not practice doing this but there are some who would really prefer doing nude aerobics yoga.

Nude aerobics yoga may connote something not applicable to some culture and society. There are some places that might not respect that kind of practice.

They say nudity is healthy natural. Those who do nude aerobics yoga say that clothes keep them disturbed and it prevents the flow of air in getting inside the body. This may be funny but they really think it that way. For them, wearing clothes is like an excess baggage.

Some can’t even perform yoga with their clothes on. If this is the case, a lot of people will be intimidated or perhaps be interested in doing nude aerobics yoga.

Somehow, this brings some negative effects in the people or group doing this kind of practice. Some might think that they will take nude aerobics yoga for fun and for some other reasons which goes beyond imagination.

Clothes are considered an art in yoga exercises. Without clothes, where would art take place? Did they say that the body is considered the art, not mentioning nudity?

Nude aerobics yoga is believed to be a clean exercise because people believed that wearing clothes invited and encouraged the proliferation of microscopic fungi and bacteria. This is acquired in warm and humid temperature and conditions.

When the temperature is warm, they are able to interfere with the natural body temperature of our control mechanisms. This makes some of the parts hotter than the others.

People who do nude aerobics yoga can freely sweat and not be absorbed by cotton. This may sound gross but they claimed that people who perspire in clothes smell bad. Sweaty clothes are not pleasing to our nose. That is a fact. But those who perspire naturally smell better.

Wearing shorts and trousers will raise the temperature of the testicles for the male. This then results to hinder the growth of sperm and the male hormones which reduces fertility. This can also cause impotence to both genders.

Looking back to the early generation, nudity was our natural condition as they say. It was also added that nudity adds to the physical and emotional health of the individual.

The main reason why people love doing nude aerobics yoga is because it feels great. A lot of them have alleged the same reasons and they really stand for it. Nude aerobics yoga lets you express your natural emotions and let you speak for yourself. After all, its nice to feel the natural air slapping on your skin and feeling the sweat roughly come out of the inside.

At first it may be too cognizant to practice the nude aerobics yoga but once you get the hang of it, you will feel that it is nourishing and exfoliating. You will realize after that doing this exercise is not that gross as what you think. Later on you will feel its effect on your body and it wouldn’t be surprising to see that your body has changed because you have bared it all.

It is now time to change your outlook in life and go on a different level. After you have experienced all the styles of yoga, try the nude aerobics yoga and have that nice feel.

Power yoga also adapted some practices of the Iyengar Yoga which gives emphasis on the form and alignment during the practice. It also includes practice in holding a pose longer without breaking which aims to achieve maximum benefits.

Although Power Yoga has been influenced by a lot of yoga types, still it aims on the steps of Classical Yoga. It aims to unite the body, the spirit and the mind uniquely. The main objective of yoga is for you to be able to connect to your inner power and to reach every level through the poses and practices.

Kundalini Yoga And The Awakening

The most powerful yoga is known as the Kundalini Yoga. It is powerful that it was called the mother of all the Styles of Yoga. This type of yoga awakens the base of our spine which is known as the Muladhara Chakra.

The word Kundalini was derived from kunda which means “pot”. Kundalini Sadhna is described to be the coiled energy that looks like a serpent which has three and a half coils which are resting at the bottom of the spine. The three coils in Kundalini Yoga are known as the three Gunas which are the Sattva, Rajas, Tamas. The VIkritis represent the half coil.

In anatomy, the kundalini is found in the perineum region of our body. For the males, it is found between the testicles and the rectum. For the female, it is found between the clitoris and the vagina.

Kundalini Yoga is also known as the symbol of equality and power for both genders. The masculine power is known to be Siva and Sakti for the females. They become the elemental source of power and energy when they are united. The union of Siva and Sakti occurs in the brain which gives us the sense of feeling and affection, energy, love. This means Kundalini Yoga is good to eliminate the feeling of sorrow, depression, anger and jealousy.

Kundalini Yoga gives reward to Yogis who maintain unity awareness and spiritual transformation. The Kundalini produces a hissing sound when it is awakened. It sounds just like a beaten serpent as it goes from the Muladhara Chakra to the Brahma Nadi and to the Sahasrara Chakra.

In the year 1969, Yogi Bhajan introduced Kundalini Yoga. It includes the practices of the common Mantra, meditation, chanting, breathing and the classic poses. This type of yoga actually focuses more on chanting and breathing. It does not really concentrate in the Kundalini Yoga Poses alone.

If you are curious about Kundalini Yoga, it is good to know the path it takes. One thing you need to understand is the Nervous System and the Spinal Cord. These two are the main focus of Kundalini Yoga. It targets your Spinal Cord and the Nervous System.

The Nervous System as we all know is the main control or the center of our body. The Nervous System is responsible for the imaginations, thoughts, intelligence and memory that we have. The Nervous System composes of the brain, the nerves and most especially the Spinal Cord which gives us posture and stand. The Spinal Cord is made up of delicate nerves and tissues that is why we need to take care of it. Kundalini Yoga will be the most appropriate practice for this.

The infamous Kundalini awakening is not that easy to learn. It is also something that we can find or learn in books. If there was, you might be confused or perplexed in learning the process. If you want to master Kundalini awakening, it should be based on experience. After series of trials and sessions, you will find out that Kundalini awakening took place and it was all because you were just too eager and concentrated to learn it.

Now what you have to do is grab that amazing concentration and start working on your Nervous System and Spinal Cord. If you want to stay healthy and maintain a good posture, Kundalini Yoga is just waiting for you to practice it.

The Evolution Of Kriya Yoga

Kriya Yoga is a process of mental purification that teaches meditation through
techniques.

The fundamental belief of Kriya Yoga is that all of us are miniature version of the
whole cosmos, a microcosm or an evolution of a new world within the microcosmic
world.

The followers of Kriya yoga also believes that the most holy supreme creator is a
part of us hiding beneath our body, and activating every action through the breath.

The name Kriya is meant as any work “kri” is being done by the power of the
indwelling soul “ya”.

The different cosmic forces controlling, air, fire, water and earth also controls the
different activities that we do, namely, religious activities, relationship with everyone
and everything, food, pregnancy, and everything performed by the human body.

Yoga on the other hand is the conjoining of these correspondences between
microcosms and macrocosms. It is the full acceptance and belief behind the union
and interaction of the individual self and the supreme self.

The study and science of Kriya yoga has a divine origin and was not created by
human means and intellect.

The modernization for this ancient yoga meditation method has begun in the 1860’s
with Babaji and has been handed down to the present Kriya yoga lineage of masters
directly through the Master to disciple method of teaching.

The disciplined path of Kriya Yoga consists of many different kinds of teaching with
different angles to it. One looks at it as a process of beginning with self introspection
through breathing controls.

It is also believed in Kriya yoga that that by enlightening the three qualities of light,
vibration and sound simultaneously with proper concentration, posture and breathing
through application of a series of techniques, a Kriya yoga disciple is able to
penetrate the deepest levels of the unconscious mind.

Through this they can communicate with their inner gods and obtain a fulfilling
calmness within them.

The process of purification is attained through diligent practice. The first thing to do
is have the mind calmed and freed from any internal chatter by developing the
practice of feeble breathing.

Then secondly the very process of observation of pulse rhythm and vibrations in the body enables the
seeker to extract the bondage of subtle desires

A deeper understanding of the triple divine qualities leads to a chiseled concentration
or a focused mind, therefore preparing the seeker to explore thoughtlessness and
inner truth.

All people are mired in the delusion and illusion due to the duality of creation. We are
seeking liberation from the phenomenal suffering due to the miseries from
ignorance, desire and faulty actions. One should be able to realize that the supreme
creator is hiding within and as a self of all beings.

Kriya Yoga provides us with the easiest ways to unfold this lurking truth and unravel
the deepest mysteries of godhood from within us.

Kriya yoga teaches breath control and calmness and it aims for well self realization
within one lifetime.

Kriya yoga is a non-sectarian group and teaches that work is worship and whatever
you do is from and for the Supreme Being and creator. It teaches about the different
beliefs of the origin, destiny and evolution of souls.

A Kriya Yoga disciple believes in direct and immediate spiritual experience and is only
taught through direct contact with the teacher.

Pregnant Woman – Effects Of Yoga And Pilates

Pilates Yoga has turned out to be an extremely popular exercise program for those who want to keep fit using a more precise and targeted approach. With the many different routines, anyone can easily explore the best moves that bring the best results for the individual.

Because the routines may be practiced on different levels, there is even more room for a person to do them with the desired level of intensity. Some simply include breathing exercises all throughout the session while others actually require a higher level of energy with more complicated positions that are gradually more challenging. Needless to say, a person wanting to join these sessions will need to seek doctor’s approval before he may be admitted to the program. A good quality Pilates Yoga mat will also be vital so the person can be comfortable enough to do the moves suitably.

Even though the exercise has been found to be effective in achieving general physical and psychological health, it is more especially endeared to pregnant women who have the opportunity to prepare for childbirth using the program’s flexibility-enhancing routines. For the reason that childbirth is a period when a mother will need both mind and body conditioning, Yoga’s constant challenge of finding core strength helps the woman prepare psychologically for the upcoming experience. At the same time, she is also able to build on her muscle endurance to help her cope with the physical rigors of childbirth.

True enough, Yoga and Pilates are essentially two different approaches to fitness but they combine very well to work for the pregnant woman. Yoga’s spiritual dimension is an ideal complement to Pilates’ physical approach to preparing the woman’s abdominal, pelvic and back areas which will be most affected with childbirth at hand.

Still, as pregnancy is always a fragile stage that a woman undergoes, she will have to secure her obstetrician’s permission before she can actually enroll in a Pilates Yoga class. Several women may be more sensitive during pregnancy than others which means that reactions will vary from individual to individual.

This is the reason why nobody should be too complacent unless she has been cleared by her doctor for the class. Normally, on the other hand, a pregnant woman who does not have complications or is not expected to develop any are always recommended to take this class.
Pregnant or not, if you want to make the most out of this exercise program, you need to choose among Pilates Yoga mats wisely. At PilatesYogaMatDeals.com, you have a nice array of choices from thin to extra thick Yoga Pilates mats. Whichever feels the most comfortable is always the best choice.

Contribution To Your Pilates Experience – Pilates Yoga Mats And Others

If you’re planning to engage in an exercise program with a holistic approach, then you’ve got great things coming with Pilates. This is a highly strategic physical exercise which translates to total conditioning of the body. And it doesn’t even matter what age you are. You can always begin a Pilates program as long as you’re healthy enough to do the rounds.

Of course, it can’t be denied that the quality of results you get out of this regimen will be affected by the equipment you use. When it comes to choosing a Pilates yoga mat, you have to get one that is sturdy enough to take in your weight and keep you steady on the ground. Remember that there are nearly a hundred routines that need you to be on this mat. Therefore, it is necessary that you choose the best. If you’re not sure what particular type of mat to use and where to get it , you can run a search online and find results in a matter of seconds.

While mats affect our performance during exercise, it’s naturally the routines that make all the difference. Pilates does appear simple at first but it’s actually quite sophisticated in the sense that a high level of precision is needed when targeting the muscle groups. Even if you’ve had considerable physical training, you may still end up doing the wrong moves. But with a Pilates instructor around, you’ll always learn it the right way.

As you go along with the program, you will naturally develop a deeper sense of knowing if you’re actually doing the steps right. You can even start modifying your techniques and maybe even develop your own moves. But basically, everything will still have to be anchored on precision when it comes to working out certain muscles needed for one to maximize benefits from the exercise.

Indeed, Pilates is a great way to get your body in shape. If you’ve only heard about it but haven’t actually given it a try, it’s time you did with a qualified instructor. While instructional DVD’s may be of some help, nothing still beats a live human that you can talk to and ask questions.

If you’re new in the program, you probably won’t get the exercises right and since the only way to get most out of them is by doing them correctly, an instructor who can point out your errors is always appreciated.

Pilates Equipment – History

There’s no doubt what Pilates can do for those who practice it. Certainly, Joseph Pilates’ exercise techniques have come a long way from World War I when he first applied them on injured soldiers in an internment camp. But aside from the regular Pilates yoga mats we use nowadays, do you know there is a variety of equipment out there we can explore? In fact, these machines are partially accountable for the exercise’ popularity because they play a major part in producing results.

The very first model introduced was the Pilates Reformer which was patterned after the WWI soldiers’ hospital beds set up with rings by Mr. Pilates himself. He believed the resistance helped their bodies recover from physical shock. Because he found his invention very effective, he further developed it by creating more spring-based machines and incorporating bars and straps that allowed for more flexibility.

In 1920, he arrived in New York and brought his moves to dancers whom he helped turn out to be more flexible and generally healthier to further master their bodies. That proved to be a good decision as far as spreading word about the exercise was concerned because now, even the dancers didn’t only practice it. They also turned out to be active in letting other people know about the benefits of the Pilates routine.

After the Pilates Reformer, the Pilates Cadillac became the next in thing consisting of a padded platform with a frame on top of it. Mr. Pilates believed in the power of springs and this led him to develop the design with springs connecting bars or straps to the frame above the platform. Yet one more equipment developed was the Pilates Barrel which was made of a wood frame with cushioned foam designed first and foremost to improve bearing and flexibility.

The majority of people confuse Pilates with yoga and truth is, the two are very closely related. The former, on the other hand, is more focused on physical wellness while yoga touches deeper down into the spiritual level.

Most people would like to get the best of both by integrating one into the other. Of course, only professionals can do this and those who want to benefit from both will have to trust only a trained instructor.

Today, when you talk of Pilates equipment, you usually think of Pilates and yoga mats which are, of course, more suited to contemporary lifestyle. A person’s success with this type of exercise routine is not completely dependent on the equipment used but whether it’s a barrel or an Extra thick Pilates yoga mat , results will certainly be affected.

Yoga Can Help You Overcome Flu Fear

Amidst growing concern about the spread of the H1N1 virus in India, many have turned to Yoga and ayurveda for prevention and even a possible cure. Yoga practitioners claim it can help combat swine flu by improving your overall health. Forward – bending asanas help to drain phlegm, backward – bending asanas would build confidence, sideways – bending would exercise intercostals muscles increasing the lung capacity, the pranayams would help to transport oxygen to each cell and build up energy reserves. Jalaneti (nasal cleansing with warn saline water) is very useful to keep the respiratory system healthy.

Good health at all levels is the aim of Yoga. So the aim is lofty. Hema Sathe (60) says when she first read about the spread of flu, she was not afraid. “When I hit 50, I began getting back pain and gaining weight. Yoga helped me stay slim. I also monitor my eating habits and I felt confident that even if I caught the virus, I could overcome it.” Her son is a PR consultant with a firm and she says Yoga helped her overcome her fears for him. “I was more balanced in my approached and did not panic for him either.”

Baba Ramdev, a popular Yoga guru, says that practicing yoga every day, especially pranayam, helps to boost the body’s immunity. He encourages his followers to do pranayam daily, including kapal bhati, bhastika and anulam vilom. Agrees Yoga practitioner Rahul Shariff, “The major types of pranayam, ujjayi pranayam, kapal bhati pranayama and digra pranayam. Regular practice has been found to increase immunity. An individual whose body is strong stands a better chance of fighting swine flu.”

It is a form of therapy. Dr Jayadeva Yogendra, president of the Santa Cruz institute says in the book ‘Yoga Therapy in Asthma, Diabetes and Heart Disease’, Yoga committed to the fundamentals takes a broader view of the whole problem of disease and puts forth universal concepts like karma, samskaras, asmita, citta suddi, prana, to understand the complex problem.” While modern medicine aims at immediate relief, Yoga aims at the removal of basic cause.

“Swine flu is also a respiratory disorder and children, the weak and the old who have low immunity are easy to targets of the H1N1 virus,” says Suguna kuroop of the Birla Kerala Vaidyashala. ‘According to her diet plays an important role in prevention and she advises having only boiled vegetables. Garlic, turmeric, honey, ashwagandha and tulsi are particularly helpful. Ginger is vishwabheshaja – is accepted as having healing properties throughout the world.

Ayurveda also speaks about communicable disorders – epidemics and pandemics in the context of janapadodhwamsa, which means the destruction of population due to the vitiated elements that evolve from contaminated air, land and water. Sankramika vyadhi (diseases that have a tendency to spread) can be arrested by the following basic hygienic rules such as sahaashanat – sharing food and sahashyyat – common inhabitation of a place. These are similar to modern hygienic rules. According to Yoga shiromani, consultant and trainer Anudita Agarwal, Yoga and Ayurveda can also help in other respiratory disorders like asthma, bronchitis and heart related problems. “They can help overcome some of the symptoms of H1N1 though they are definitely not cures,” she says.

What You Should Be Looking For In Pilates And Yoga Mats

It is easier said than done if someone is looking for Pilates Yoga mats. It is for the reason that there are so many distinct types that are existing out there. Human as we are, we only want the best there is and that makes shopping more trickier than ever. You will go to one shop to another just to make sure that you are actually getting the best and the one that is the most useful. Of course, cost is another dimension to the whole hullabaloo. Maybe there will be other considerations such as how thick the mat should be or what material it must be made of. Fortunately, there’s will be but a few things to keep in mind while hunting down that mat for you.

If you are devoted with your Pilates you have to make sure that you got the right mat because the mat will definitely affect how you will turn up in the program. This only means that you should not be settling for anything less, you have to make sure that you only get the best to make sure that your Pilates will turn out to be the one that you are looking for. Chances are, cheap mats will give in after a day or two of use. Besides, you’re not going to like how it’s going to look by that time. It will probably even reek of certain chemicals and it wouldn’t be pretty inhaling them during those deep-breathing routines.

To have full control of your body you have to make sure that you only get a rubber mat. This means that you have to have something that you won’t slip while you are doing the Pilates moves. Pilates is about concentration and most of its benefits actually come from there.

If you’re going to have to be interrupted by those slips, you’re just going to defeat the whole purpose of doing the exercise. No matter how you try, it just won’t work for you anymore because you won’t be able to do it right. Rubber mats allow your skin to have a steady grip so you get to perform the routines smoothly and confidently.

How thick your rubber mat is might just matter but only up to that level of ease that you’re comfortable with while doing the exercise. There are people who can’t tolerate a hard surface so they’re the ones who’ll probably need thick mats. However, it doesn’t really bother you, then a thin one might just be good enough.

Your success with Pilates definitely does not depend on the mat you use but as sure as the sun sets, it will affect how much you’ll end up gaining from the program. All things said, the comfort that you mat gives you should be your main consideration when shopping for it.

Pilates and Yoga mats are not exactly hard to find but you’ll always want to look for the one that will actually work for you, whether you’re considering Extra Thick Yoga Pilates Mats or the thinner ones, whichever are more comfortable.
