But don’t give up – start from doing it half way, very soon you will see there are no problems at all to do that properly.

Today we would like to start a short series of publications with kundalini yoga exercies – basic things that you can do to restore the physical and energy level in your body.
But, let’s start with a short breif about kundalini yoga. This is the energtetically guides yoga. Though every yoga is about energy, still today there are many schools that simply take the exercises and breathing techniques, but this is all.
Unlike these – kundalini yoga focuses on psycho-spiritual growth and the body’s potential for maturation. It gives special focus on the role of the spine and the endocrine system in the understanding of yogic awakening and concentrates on chakras in the body in order to generate a spiritual power (known as kundalini).
Surely kundalini yoga is deeper than the short explanation above, but this is a good start.
We would like to show you some of the simple things that you can do, basic kundalini yoga exercises. This one is about a shoulder shrug.
