If you are from my generation, the first time you’ve probably been made aware of yoga is from Dhalsim from Street Fighter 2, the arcade game. Though yoga isn’t a martial art, you get the idea that it’s all about stretching. Actually, yoga is a sort of stretching exercise that helps both mind and body to relax. Though some yoga positions are awkward to look at, they are actually very relaxing. Find out which yoga position suits you best to help you achieve Nirvana.
